Essential Functions
- Completing work orders
- Vacancy Preparations
- Plumbing, electric, carpentry, tiling, drywall, sparkling, framing, masonry and renovations (boiler and hot water tank maintenance and repairs not a requirement but a plus) other daily routine maintenance duties as assigned.
- Snow removal
- Rotational on-call duties to respond to after-hours emergency calls.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with residents
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- A great attitude, good presence and energy
- Power tools, Bobcat/Skid loader
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, trade school or certifications
- 5 years or more of experience
- Must be able to pass strict background checks, including drug testing
- Clean, valid driver's license
Physical Demands: the work requires routine walking, pushing carts, standing, bending, lifting, and transporting of materials used for repairs and installation,

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour commensurate with skill level and experience
