Core responsibilities
- Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems in accordance with work orders using hand and power tools.
- Test all assembled systems to meet established standards for quality, quantity, and time.
- Update inventory records with parts usage, defective components, and additional parts needed.
- Assist customers with needs assessment and complete repairs.
- Coordinate with material handling, sales, and other teams to expedite orders.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two-year degree in Fluid Power, Mechatronics, or related mechanical discipline strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of fluid power preferred.
- 1–5 years of assembly or shop experience.
- Proven mechanical aptitude.
- Sense of urgency and prioritization to meet customer expectations for quantity and timing.
- Detail orientation and dedication to quality.
- Customer-focused approach.
