What You’ll Do:
- Perform residential cleaning services to company standards
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain professionalism in client homes and businesses
- Handle equipment and supplies responsibly
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn (experience is a plus, but not required—we train!)
Pay Structure:
This is a percentage-based position, meaning your earnings are tied to the jobs you complete. The more efficient and skilled you become, the more you can earn. There is strong opportunity for increased percentages and advancement within the company.
