What You’ll Do
Complete maintenance service requests efficiently
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and repairs
Prepare apartments for new move-ins
Help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property
Provide friendly and professional service to residents
What You’ll Do:
- Rescue clogged drains, leaky faucets, and misbehaving toilets
- Solve mystery noises and flickering lights
- Patch, paint, repair, and revitalize apartments
- Respond to maintenance requests quickly and professionally
- Keep the property safe, clean, and welcoming
