Job DescriptionPosition: Lead Maintenance Technician
Location: Lake Jackson, TX 77566
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Position SummaryASAP Personnel is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance staff and outside vendors.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Manage service requests and apartment turns.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Maintain inventory and supplies.
- Coordinate emergency maintenance repairs.
- Train and mentor maintenance team members.
- Conduct property inspections to identify safety concerns.
- Oversee contractors and vendor work.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred.
- EPA Certification and HVAC experience are required.
- Must have your own tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license, where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Apartment industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
