What We’re Looking For

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Smartphone with call, text, and data capability
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks including:
- Standing for extended periods
- Climbing stairs
- Bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Schedule Availability
We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time team members available during:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay & Compensation
- Starting pay: $18.00/hour
- Increase to $20/hour within 90 days based on performance
- Top performers earn up to $30.00/hour
- Weekly direct deposit (every Friday)
- Paid drive time between homes
- Daily gas stipends based on miles driven
Service Area & Travel
We serve homes within 30 miles of our office and schedule routes efficiently. Team members must be able to travel up to 60 minutes one way when needed.
