We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician for a 6-month assignment in Lake Orion, MI. If you have manufacturing quality experience, enjoy working with customers and suppliers, and are familiar with PPAP processes, this is a great opportunity to expand your skills while earning competitive pay.
Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Lake Orion, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PMWhat You'll Do
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and communicate PPAP requirements with manufacturing plants to meet customer expectations
- Communicate project updates with customers and vendors via phone and email
- Assist with weekly and monthly quality reports
- Support quality documentation and continuous improvement activities
- Work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure project success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow all company quality procedures, business system policies, and safety guidelines
- Keep your workspace organized and perform additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of quality-related experience
Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
