Full Time Maintenance Technician.
Pickering Run Apartments in Phoenixville, Pa. is looking to hire a maintenance technician to join our team.
Our community - oriented, family run apartment complex offers competitive pay with company paid disability insurance and 75% of employee's medical insurance cost along with paid PTO and vacation time. Apartment maintenance experience required along with boiler and water heaters knowledge. Scheduled work hours are Monday thru Friday 7;30 am to 4:00 pm. However, to provide the best possible service to our residents, you will be included in a 24 - hour emergency maintenance ' on call ' rotation.
Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation, valid driver's license as well as pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
