Providence Real Estate is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to join our team at a our newest apartment community in Austin, Texas. If you enjoy connecting with people, have strong sales abilities, and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for prospective residents while helping drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Pay: Competitive hourly wage plus leasing commissions
What You'll Do
You will greet and tour prospective residents, respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, process applications, and assist with resident retention efforts. You'll also help maintain the property's online presence and support community marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build rapport with prospective residents. Previous apartment leasing, customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or property management experience is preferred.
