As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman and Crew Leader, you will manage a small team and delight clients with the best-looking lawn in their neighborhood. We work at Cincinnati’s finest homes and businesses, creating beautiful and inviting outdoor spaces that stand out. We count on our Landscape Maintenance Foreman and Crew Leader to inspire their coworkers and model the highest degree of customer service. It’s a big job and we truly appreciate those who can pull it off.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience:
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Three years of experience in residential landscaping
- Ability to efficiently and safely operate and maintain a truck/trailer combo and an
- Exmark walk-behind mower.
- Experience reading landscape designs.
In this job, you’ll set the standard by:
- Reviewing daily and weekly work to prepare for the current work at hand.
- Assuring mowing equipment, tools and trucks are kept clean and organized.
- Coordinating and communicating work with our customers, considering their individual needs and site conditions to provide professionally manicured yards.
- Taking responsibility for the quality, productivity, and efficiency of your team
- Maintaining accurate data entry with our operating software for job tracking
- Overseeing the team’s work, providing additional instructions and training to other team members to assure the highest quality work is completed in a professional and efficient manner.
