Job Description: RegalCare at Holyoke is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Maintenance/Environmental Services Director to join our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and environmental services within a skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance and environmental services operations of the facility.
- Ensure that the facility is maintained in compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Manage a team of maintenance and environmental services staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a maintenance or environmental services role, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and staff.
