Position: CleanerPay: $14.00/hourShift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch)Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, VisionCleaner Job OverviewThe Lee Group is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join one of our valued clients in Williamsburg, VA. In this role, you will help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming commercial facilities by performing a variety of general cleaning duties. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy staying active throughout the day, and can work independently while following established cleaning procedures. Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required. Job Responsibilities of Cleaners
- Clean assigned commercial areas including offices, entrances, hallways, conference rooms, break rooms, and restrooms.
- Vacuum, dust, sweep, and mop floors to maintain a clean environment.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and clean trash containers.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, counters, and other fixtures.
- Dust furniture, blinds, windowsills, vents, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Spot clean glass, doors, walls, and other high-touch areas.
- Replenish restroom supplies including paper products and soap.
- Safely use cleaning equipment and approved cleaning products.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications of Cleaners
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required, as this is a client-facing position.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements of Cleaners
- Work is performed primarily inside commercial buildings.
- Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, and climbing stairs.
- Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals.
- May occasionally work outdoors while removing trash in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to meet scheduled work hours and occasional overtime if needed.
- Must be willing to adhere to the company dress code, including solid-color work pants (navy, black, or khaki), company-provided shirts, and non-slip shoes.
