The Equity Group, Inc. is a property management company that oversees over 800 apartment units in Wisconsin.
We are looking to hire a Maintenance in Wausau! We are looking for an experience maintenance person.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
Painting, drywall repair, unit/area cleaning, small plumbing repairs, small HVAC repairs, snow removal, cabinetry installation, tile repair/installation, Trim installation, inventory management, fair housing direction, tenant communication, etc.
If you have basic maintenance abilities, the ability to learn hands on or by video, and can follow directions, we would love to talk to you!

We are offering an opportunity as either Part Time or Full Time. Part time would be no more than 30 hours a week, while Full time is the expected 40 hours. Part time employees do not have the same PTO benefits, but they also have time off each week, as determined by being part time.
