We're Looking For:

Detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic

Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning (preferred)

Reliable team players with dependable transportation

Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings or weekends as needed

Supervisory applicants must have prior leadership experience in janitorial or facility services
Responsibilities:

Maintain buildings in a clean and orderly condition

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitation

Meet or exceed client cleanliness standards

Perform heavy-duty cleaning such as floor scrubbing and carpet shampooing

Conduct minor maintenance and upkeep

Organize and maintain custodial closets and supplies

Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of cleaning equipment
Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, facility maintenance, or similar fields

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
