Lake Pointe RV Resort is looking for a full time maintenance worker for its 89-site RV resort and 10 unit condo complex. The worker should be qualified in a variety of landscaping duties, including, but not limited to, mowing with a zero turn mower, weed eating, tree trimming and/or cutting; some basic tractor knowledge would be helpful; and other maintenance duties as required to maintain our property. The successful candidate should have some basic knowledge of electrical work and plumbing. Other duties could include some light carpentry and indoor and outdoor painting. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. An RV site could be partially compensated. Paid Time Off may be accumulated after an initial probationary period.
