Pay Rate: $18 - $19 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Officer to maintain safety and security at Clay, NY. This role involves monitoring premises, enforcing policies, and responding promptly to any security incidents to ensure a safe environment for all occupants.
Responsibilities
• Access Control
• Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular checks of buildings and grounds
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control
• Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or incidents
• Report and document any security breaches, incidents, or maintenance issues
• Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and emergency services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred but not required
- OSHA 10 preferred
- CPR/First Aid preferred
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during shifts
- Good communication and observation skills
- Must meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements for security personnel
Salary : $18-$19 per hour
