Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Ocean State School of Gymnastics in Lincoln, RI is looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Team Member to help keep our facility spotless and welcoming! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a fun, energetic environment that supports young athletes every day.
Available Shifts
Monday–Friday
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturday
- 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Part-time and full-time positions are available. Applicants should be available to work a consistent schedule, with some flexibility for evenings and Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Dust and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Clean gymnastics equipment and training areas
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
- Perform deep cleaning projects as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility for athletes, families, and staff
Qualifications
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we are will to train the right applicant!
