The Property Manager LCAM is responsible for overseeing the overall management and operation of residential or commercial properties. This role ensures that properties are maintained to high standards, financial objectives are met, and administrative and governance requirements are fulfilled. The Property Manager acts as a key liaison between owners, tenants, vendors, and regulatory bodies while ensuring compliance with operational and contractual policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely repairs and upkeep
• Manage financial aspects including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
• Perform administrative governance duties and maintain regulatory compliance
• Communicate effectively with owners, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure operational compliance with local laws and community rules
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts to secure quality services
• Oversee budget planning, monitoring, and cost control
• Negotiate and manage contracts related to property management services

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management
