We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of luxury and market-rate residential properties in New York City. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and experienced in NYC multifamily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties
- Oversee leasing activity, renewals, and tenant relations with a high-touch customer service approach
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor management to luxury standards
- Ensure compliance with NYC housing regulations, HPD, DHCR, and Fair Housing laws
- Prepare budgets, track expenses, and monitor rent collections
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure buildings are well maintained
- Handle tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Experience managing luxury rentals and market-rate units
- Strong knowledge of NYC landlord-tenant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000
