Sober Living House Manager

Archway Recovery Homes is dedicated to providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals committed to recovery. We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and recovery-minded House Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our sober living homes.
This position is ideal for someone in recovery who has a passion for helping others achieve long-term sobriety while maintaining accountability, structure, and respect within the home.
Job Responsibilities
As House Manager, you will:
- Enforce house rules and program expectations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment
- Conduct or assist with drug and alcohol testing as needed
- Monitor resident curfews and accountability
- Support residents in attending recovery meetings and following their recovery plans
- Report incidents, concerns, and maintenance issues to ownership
- Assist with conflict resolution between residents
- Maintain basic documentation and communication regarding house operations
- Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and positive recovery principles
Qualifications
Applicants should:
- Have at least one year of continuous sobriety
- Be actively involved in a recovery program or recovery community
- Demonstrate honesty, dependability, and professionalism
- Possess strong communication and leadership skills
- Have reliable transportation
- Be comfortable enforcing house rules while treating residents with dignity and respect
- Remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations
- Have previous experience in sober living, recovery services, case management, peer support, or residential management (preferred but not required)
