Apartment Maintenance Technician – Every Day Is Different!

We're partnering with a reputable property management company seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician who enjoys a variety of work and making a real impact on the community they support. No two days are the same—you'll tackle everything from apartment turns to resident service requests while helping keep the property looking its best.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare apartments for new residents by completing quality apartment turns.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliances, and more.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify practical solutions.
- Complete preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
- Help maintain the appearance of the grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Coordinate with outside vendors when specialty repairs are needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous apartment maintenance, handyman, construction, facilities, or related maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage your day with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic hand tools required.
