We are recruiting on behalf of one of the Hamptons’ leading luxury home builders, specialising in the delivery of exceptional bespoke residences valued at $20 million and above. With an outstanding reputation for craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail, our client delivers some of the region’s most prestigious private residences in collaboration with leading architects, designers and craftsmen.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join their team and support the delivery of world-class luxury homes throughout the Hamptons.

\n
Working alongside experienced Project Managers, you will support the delivery of ultra-luxury residential projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will assist with project coordination, subcontractor management, scheduling, documentation and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Support the delivery of bespoke residential projects valued at $20M+
- Assist Project Managers across all stages of construction
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects and consultants
- Monitor project schedules, progress and documentation
- Assist with procurement, RFIs, submittals and change orders
- Support cost tracking and project reporting
- Attend site meetings and help maintain exceptional quality standards
- Assist with project close-out and client handover

Requirements:
\n
- \n
- 2–5 years’ experience in construction project management, project engineering or a similar role
- Experience within luxury residential, custom homes or high-end construction preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proactive mindset with a desire to progress within luxury construction
