Legacy Housing Solutions is seeking a dependable Part-Time House Coordinator to support an independent shared housing home for adult men in Cleveland.
This is a non-live-in position requiring approximately 6-10 hours per week, with additional approved hours as needed. Responsibilities include conducting scheduled property visits, assisting with resident move-ins and move-outs, monitoring common areas for cleanliness and safety, responding to routine resident concerns, documenting incidents or rule violations, coordinating approved maintenance, and occasionally picking up household supplies or community resources.
Residents live independently and manage their own medications, transportation, personal care, appointments, and daily activities. This is not a caregiving, medical, counseling, or clinical case-management position.
Candidates must be dependable, organized, professional, able to maintain appropriate boundaries, and comfortable communicating with adults from diverse backgrounds. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, a working phone, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
Experience in shared housing, residential programs, property management, social services, reentry services, behavioral health, or direct support is preferred.
