Montro Protection is a security agency that specializes in nightlife, events and hospitality services throughout the greater New York City and tri-state area. Our mantra at Montro is to serve our clients with an unparalleled level of quality by providing them with the specific type of security guard their venue requires.
About the Security Guard role: We are seeking candidates that have personality, energy, warmth, and an overall vibe that can make clients and patrons feel not only safe, but welcome at any venue, event, or activation that we are representing. This position is required to maintain communication with the venue’s manager on duty. Other duties include crowd control, checking ID's, and incident mitigation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support their competencies therein:
Valid Security License required.
Valid F04 (fireguard) License required.
Prior security experience is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to communicate professionally in English.

Salary: $15-20/hr
