Cisco Networking: Strong understanding of routing, switching, and troubleshooting (routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs).\nSolarWinds: Experience monitoring network health, creating alerts, and analyzing performance metrics.\nNutanix: Familiarity with hyperconverged infrastructure and virtualization environments.\nSD-WAN: Experience supporting or troubleshooting software-defined wide area networks.\nSCADA Systems: Exposure to or experience with industrial control systems and real-time monitoring environments.\n\nAdditional Qualifications\n\nExperience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar 24/7 support environment.\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to work on-site and coordinate effectively with offshore teams.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nKnowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management) preferred.\nExperience in the energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sector is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
