Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified & Bilingual Required)
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community in West Palm Beach, FL. If you have strong maintenance experience, are HVAC certified, and are bilingual (English/Spanish), we'd love to hear from you!
Position Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (EPA Certification required).
- Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs.
- Complete apartment make-readies for new move-ins.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections.
- Assist with emergency maintenance calls as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and team members.
Qualifications
- HVAC/EPA Certification REQUIRED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
