- What You’ll Do
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot commercial security systems
- Provide responsive, respectful customer support (on-site and remote)
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless service
- Document work with clarity and accountability
- Handle escalations and unexpected issues with confidence and professionalism
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in alarm/video/access/fire (5 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and professional
- Valid driver’s license, clean background, and willingness to travel locally
- A mindset of service, collaboration, drive, integrity, honesty, and professionalism — we hire for values first
- Bonus: Certifications (e.g., ESA, NICET)
