Doorkeeper Real Estate Management is seeking dependable and motivated Janitorial Team Members to join our growing team. We provide cleaning and property maintenance services for a variety of properties throughout the City and County of Denver, including multi-family apartment communities, office spaces, common areas, warehouses, and industrial properties.

Job Responsibilities:

General janitorial and cleaning duties
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Sanitizing restrooms, hallways, and common areas
Trash removal and restocking supplies
Maintaining cleanliness standards across multiple properties
Following safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License required
Must own a reliable vehicle for travel between job sites during shifts
Comfortable working at multiple locations throughout the work week
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
