Assistant Property Manager – Affordable Housing
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager with the daily operations of an affordable housing community
- Process applications, certifications, recertifications, and annual renewals
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
- Maintain accurate resident files and compliance documentation
- Collect rent, post payments, and assist with delinquency follow-up
- Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs
- Respond to resident questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with leasing activities, tours, and occupancy goals
- Work closely with maintenance staff to ensure service requests are completed promptly
- Support inspections, audits, and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required
- Affordable Housing experience required (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, or similar programs)
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and recertification processes
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, RealPage, MRI, or similar property management software preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
