Operations Manager - Maintenance
Full-Time | GA
Crabapple LandscapExperts is one of Atlanta's top 5 locally-owned landscape companies. For over 30 years, we've partnered with HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, multi-family housing, and commercial properties across Metro Atlanta. We're looking for a motivated leader to manage operations and drive performance across our crews and properties.
What You'll Do
- Train and develop foremen into strong leaders and build a high-performing team
- Manage performance reviews, equipment certifications, and recruiting
- Schedule crews and routes to meet daily headcount and productivity goals
- Ensure service quality across your book of business meets Crabapple's standards
- Plan property inspections and provide ongoing on-site training
- Monitor budgeted hours and manage schedules to meet productivity and efficiency goals
- Retain at least 90% of your book of business annually
- Partner with Customer Relations Managers to understand customer needs
- Hold the team accountable for proper equipment and vehicle maintenance
- Ensure safety requirements are followed and build a culture of accountability
Requirements:
What You Need
- Landscape industry experience required
- 3+ years of Operations Management experience
- Experience managing up to 5 people
- Ability to identify sales opportunities that add value to client properties
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) in good standing
- Four-year degree desirable but not required with sufficient experience
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
