We are currently seeking a dependable and reliable Maintenance Technician with a professional attitude to join our team. This role involves completing work orders, performing both routine and emergency maintenance, and ensuring the property's common areas and facilities are well-maintained and safe. The ideal candidate works independently and as part of the maintenance team, handles scheduled and seasonal projects, and coordinates with outside contractors as needed. Must
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders accurately and on schedule
- Inspect property and common areas daily to identify repairs and hazards
- Manage trash compactor and remove trash to curbside by 7:00 am
- Reset and clean pool deck each morning
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
- Coordinate maintenance projects with vendors and outside contractors
- Sanitize public restrooms daily
- Maintain professional and respectful interactions with residents and tenants
- Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team and demonstrate a proactive attitude
- Ensure safety compliance throughout all maintenance activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in property maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
- Proficiency with standard hand tools and maintenance equipment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in heat for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety compliance
