The Property Manager will oversee a growing mobile home development with over 120 homes, ensuring smooth operations without direct reports. This role requires a regular on-site presence to manage day-to-day activities, maintain tenant satisfaction, and support property functionality efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage tenant relations and address tenant concerns promptly
- Oversee lease management, including renewals and compliance
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs
- Manage vendors to ensure quality service delivery
- Develop and implement effective property marketing strategies
- Handle rent collection and maintain accurate records
- Resolve conflicts and foster positive tenant interactions
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years experience in property management or other customer facing position.
- Experience with Buildium or another tenant management software.
