Job DescriptionTemporary Groundskeeper
We are currently seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of a residential property.Schedule:
- Sunday - Thursday
- 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Fridays and Saturdays off
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property grounds and common areas.
- Pick up litter and debris throughout the property.
- Sweep sidewalks, walkways, parking areas, and other outdoor spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Assist with basic landscaping duties, including watering plants and shrubs as needed.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- Assist with general property upkeep and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Rate:
