As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Response in El Paso, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will use teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach while staying agile, reliable, and innovative throughout your shift.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate to a retail shopping location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related issues.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity while offering directions and assistance to the public.
- Support daily operations by communicating with mall management, retailers, and/or first responders as needed during alarms, medical calls, lost child reports, or other customer service and security-related events.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
