Multi Location Property Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to support a diverse portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties throughout Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and Tampa.
This is a multi-site position ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests and routine maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Accurately document completed work orders using a smartphone-based service management app
- Conduct unit inspections, punch-out work, and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate and schedule vendors for unit turns, rehabs, and special projects
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with residents, tenants, and vendors
- Assist in managing maintenance expenses and working within budget guidelines
- Travel between properties throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties as needed
- Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies when required
- Coordinate with and meet third party inspectors as needed (insurance, code compliance, lenders etc.)
Qualifications
- 4+ years of residential and/or commercial property maintenance experience required
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- HVAC certification and/or EPA certification preferred
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications for work order reporting
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Capable of lifting and moving heavy items, including appliances, when necessary
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
- Personal cell phone required for communication and emergency response
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time Position
- Generally, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours may vary based on property and operational needs
- Participation in an on-call rotation (evenings and weekends) is required
- Overtime may be required for emergency calls, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
- Use of your own personal vehicle is required (mileage or fuel reimbursement applies)
