Position Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented entry level QA Associate to support document governance, compliance, and administrative activities within a professional corporate environment. This individual will assist with maintaining company records, reviewing documentation for accuracy, tracking key deadlines, and supporting governance-related reporting and projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with large volumes of information while ensuring accuracy and consistency.



Key Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain company documents, records, and databases.
  • Ensure documents comply with established formatting and governance standards.
  • Track document review schedules, updates, extensions, and archival activities.
  • Maintain inventories, reports, trackers, and other governance-related records.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and executive-level materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain and update information as needed.
  • Support meetings by preparing materials, documenting action items, and assisting with follow-up activities.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding document status, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist with maintaining policies, procedures, training materials, and reference documentation.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous administrative, compliance, governance, document control, or corporate support experience is a plus.
