Janitor – Floor Care Specialist
CBN Building Maintenance is looking for an experienced janitorial professional to join our team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience operating floor care equipment and commercial janitorial machinery such as Extractors, Bonnett, and floor scrubbers.
Responsibilities include floor/carpet cleaning, community inspections, ensuring that cleaning equipment is in good working order, periodic deep cleaning, and some janitorial services.
What We Are Looking For:
- Knowledge of proper use of floor care machinery.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping and waxing floors.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Schedule: Full Time
- Evenings 6pm to 3a; Weekdays and Weekends available
