SUMMARY: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing filter swaps at field locations, ensuring completion and tracking of recurring service tickets. Maintenance Tech also ensures proper installation of water lines and the correct placement of water leak detection components. This role requires efficient time
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews and prioritize recurring filter swap service tickets to ensure timely completion and minimize service disruptions at customer locations.
Ensures all water lines are properly installed and that leak detection components are correctly in place and functioning to prevent water damage and downtime.
Independently manages daily workload and service routes to efficiently service accounts across assigned territories.
Conducts regular site checks to proactively identify maintenance needs, equipment wear, or potential issues common within the refreshment and vending industry.
Comply with all company and industry safety standards, including safe driving practices, proper equipment handling, and safe workplace operations at customer sites.
Communicates promptly with the service manager regarding equipment issues, customer concerns, parts needs, or additional support required.
