Maintenance Technician - ALL SHIFTS
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, (overtime and weekends as needed)
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle maintenance and repairs for all manufacturing equipment in our facility. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced with both mechanical and technical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on all manufacturing equipment.
- Keep the scheduled maintenance system up to date and monitor all facility maintenance activities.
- Maintain the equipment registry and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment with knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret equipment operation and repair manuals.
- Locate and utilize technical resources and documentation online.
- Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, equipment vendors, and tech support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
