We’re partnering with a global enterprise organization undergoing a major transformation of its Energy Trading & Risk Management landscape and are looking for an experienced Endur Architect to join a high-impact initiative in Houston, TX. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity focused on designing and implementing a next-generation ETRM platform on Microsoft Azure. The environment is highly strategic, enterprise-scale, and centered around OpenLink Endur v14+, cloud architecture, and commodities trading technology.

Required Skills & Experience
\n · 10+ years of experience in Trading IT environments
\n · 10+ years of hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur v14+
\n · Strong background in ETRM architecture and commodities trading systems
\n · Experience designing enterprise-scale applications in Azure cloud environments
\n · Deep understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle from trade inception through settlement
\n · Expertise in solution architecture, systems integration, and technical design governance
\n · Experience with TOGAF or comparable enterprise architecture frameworks
\n · Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
\n · Ability to lead architecture discussions across multiple teams and portfolios
\n · Experience supporting Architecture Review Boards and enterprise standards initiatives

Desired Skills & Experience
\n · Experience within power, gas, or energy trading organizations
\n · OpenJVS, AVS, or Endur development/configuration experience
\n · Experience modernizing legacy trading platforms
\n · Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-driven architectures
\n · Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies
\n · Strong understanding of risk management, settlements, and trading operations
\n · Experience mentoring technical teams and guiding enterprise architecture strategy
