Responsibilities
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including:
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Appliance diagnostics and repair
- Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
- Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
- Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
- Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
