Known for its strong regional presence, commitment to community engagement, and focus on long-term customer relationships, the organization offers a stable and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.In this role, you will be responsible for providing designs, specifying information systems solutions and highly technical direction in the development of new or existing applications to solve basic to complex problems or enhancements. Serves as a principal application designer for major modifications effectively using analytical and technical skills and available technology and tools in the evaluation of client requirements and processes. Provides solutions that are technologically sound. May complete day-to-day support activities and special projects. Often directs and monitors the activities of less experienced personnel.Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success
- Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies while promoting Agile best practices.
- Lead one Scrum team and one Kanban team supporting enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data delivery, governance, and operational processes.
- Drive transparency into team progress, delivery milestones, and dependency impacts.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and business stakeholders to remove impediments and maintain delivery momentum.
- Coach teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and iterative delivery.
- Support cross-team planning and coordination across multiple technology initiatives.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependency impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on accountability, quality, and continuous - improvement.

- Experience serving as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of both Scrum and Kanban frameworks, including Agile ceremonies and iterative delivery.
- Experience managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and project escalations.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Ability to interpret Power BI dashboards and project metrics.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and servant leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, business partners, and leadership.
Education and Experience Preferred
- Approximately five or more years supporting Agile delivery teams.
- Scrum, SAFe, or other Agile certifications.
- Project management experience with an understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting enterprise data, analytics, or large-scale modernization initiatives.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional Agile teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
