Seibold Security, a Rochester, NY based security integrator that specializes in designing, installing and servicing tailored security systems for hospitals, financial institutions and corporations is seeking a Field Service Technician in the Rochester, NY area.
Position Summary:
The Field Service Technician position is a valuable front-line person in our organization and is responsible for ongoing service delivery, urgent service response calls, and installing security and bank equipment for our clients in Rochester, NY and the surrounding area.
Position Requirements:
- Alarm system, CCTV, and access control service and/or installation experience.
- An electronics technician degree, military technical school, or equivalent experience.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- A willingness to travel.
- An ability to work and communicate confidently at all organization levels.
- An ability to work independently and recognize when to access available assistance and expertise.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities include:
- Installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on alarm systems
- Installation, repair and preventative maintenance on banking equipment including ATMs, drive-up tube system, night depositories, vault doors, etc.
