We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Project Manager - Electrical to join our team in Plano, TX. In this role, you will lead and manage electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project success.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical engineering sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
