Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Jesup, GA 31545
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000
Founded in 1985, we are a leading manufacturer of premium pet care products, dedicated to improving the lives of pets and their owners through innovation, quality, and sustainability. At the Jesup, Georgia facility, trusted bedding, litter, and pet care products are produced for homes and retailers across the country. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to ensure equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and production performance
- Drive TPM initiatives and root cause analysis efforts to improve equipment effectiveness and reduce downtime
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs, schedules, procedures, and documentation
- Partner with production teams to manage maintenance resources, budgets, KPIs, and spare parts inventory while minimizing operational disruptions
What You Need for This Position
- Technical degree or relevant certifications in maintenance, engineering, or related fields preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), root cause analysis, and equipment reliability programs
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
- Experience managing maintenance planning, scheduling, CMMS systems, budgets, spare parts inventory, and key performance metrics (KPIs)
