Job Description
The Maintenance Technician position responsibilities include but are not limited to: resolution of basic resident work order requests, restore vacated units to acceptable standards, maintain clean grounds and common areas and complete preventive maintenance items as scheduled.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance including plumbing, electricity, painting, locks, and appliances
- Available for emergency calls and possible weekend hours
- Present a positive customer service attitude that demonstrates an understanding and sensitivity to all residents
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
- HVAC Certification recommended but not required
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
