We are seeking an On-site Leasing Consultant to join our growing team! In addition to the hourly wage and benefits, this position offers a lucrative commission structure and on-going bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting and following up with all leads
- Scheduling appointments
- Touring and leasing apartments
- Completing applications and files
- Walking vacant units and amenity spaces
- Preparing the apartment for move-in
- Posting on social media
- Assisting with resident requests and resident relations
- Helping host resident events
- Assisting with pricing recommendations and competitor research
- Completing local networking and outreach
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, property management, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Integrity
- Must obtain leasing or broker license within 30 days of employment
- Required to work weekends
