We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex ground-up and renovation projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and region.

This role is ideal for a proven leader who has successfully delivered large commercial projects, built strong client relationships, managed project financials, and consistently delivered projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project teams including Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Coordinators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, billing, and change orders
  • Review estimates, subcontractor bids, scopes of work, and procurement activities
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, contracts, and project documentation
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Monitor project financial performance using Procore and other project management software
  • Resolve project issues quickly while minimizing cost and schedule impacts
  • Provide accurate reporting to executive leadership


Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Experience managing projects valued between $10M-$30M+
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction estimating, scheduling, contracts, budgeting, and project controls
  • Experience with:
    • Procore
    • Bluebeam
    • Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling software)
  • Ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Office
  • Healthcare
  • Retail
  • Education
  • Corporate Interiors
  • Renovations

Experience with CMAR or negotiated contracts is highly preferred.
