We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex ground-up and renovation projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area and region.
This role is ideal for a proven leader who has successfully delivered large commercial projects, built strong client relationships, managed project financials, and consistently delivered projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project teams including Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Coordinators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, billing, and change orders
- Review estimates, subcontractor bids, scopes of work, and procurement activities
- Manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, contracts, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Monitor project financial performance using Procore and other project management software
- Resolve project issues quickly while minimizing cost and schedule impacts
- Provide accurate reporting to executive leadership
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
- Experience managing projects valued between $10M-$30M+
- Strong understanding of commercial construction estimating, scheduling, contracts, budgeting, and project controls
- Experience with:

- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling software)
- Ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Experience in one or more of the following:

Experience with CMAR or negotiated contracts is highly preferred.
