Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential, HOA,and commercial properties.
- Fix plumbing issues including leaking faucets, toilets, and pipes.
- Assemble furniture and install household items such as shelves and light fixtures.
- Paint and patch walls, ensuring they lookprofessional,fresh,and inviting.
- Perform light electrical work including changing outlets and fixtures.
- Repair andmaintainoutdoorcommon areas, roads, sidewalks, railings, fences,siding,etc
- Conduct regular inspections toidentifyany maintenance needs or potential repairs.
Requirements
- Proven experience asa handymanor in a similar role.2+ years experience required.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and techniques.
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledgeispreferred.
- Basic knowledge of drywall repair and paintingpreferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal.
- A 100% commitment to quality work and exceptional customer service are essential.
- A valid driver's license anda clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass abackground check.
Work Schedule
- 40 Hours / week
- Work schedule is typically 7:30am to3:30pm Monday - Friday
- Work schedule will vary day to day due to scheduled jobs Flexibility isrequired
