This role involves residential and multilevel window cleaning, pressure cleaning, and customer service. Increase in pay based on performance and responsibility.

Window Cleaning Technician Requirements:
- Attitude: Outgoing, positive, and quality-focused.
- Commitment: Long-term employment preferred.
- Transportation: Reliable with a valid driver’s license.
- Drug Test: Must pass (we are a drug-free workplace).
Pay & Benefits:
- $18-$20 during probation.
- $18-$25/hr after probation, with regular performance-based increases.
- Schedule: No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend hours during busy seasons.
